Product Description

Waste Tire Pyrolysis Plant is used by feeding rubber tires into reactor vessel and allowing it to rotate in clockwise direction by tightly closing inlet door. Vessel is then heated slowly with help of fuel till temperature reaches around 250 degrees Celsius. It results in generation of vapors that are condensed and collected as pyrolysis oil. Gas which cannot be liquefied moves back to combustion system through safety unit and serves as fuel. Waste Tire Pyrolysis Plant also produces carbon as final end product that can be used in number of industries as one of the main ingredients.
